Jackets and pants are counted separately for MOQ purposes: each jacket style and color requires 500 pieces, and each trouser style and color also requires 500 pieces. Sizes can be mixed within each minimum. Please provide the required quantity and size breakdown for each garment.

Our order minimums depend on the type of sourcing:

• In-stock wholesale: 100 units per order, with mixed models, colors, and sizes.
• In-stock products with packaging-only customization: 100 units, with mixed models, colors, and sizes.
• Private label printing, embroidery, or new OEM/ODM development: 500 units per style and color, with mixed sizes.

The OEM/ODM minimum also applies to separately developed back and elbow protectors. Jackets and pants in coordinated sets are counted separately

OEM/ODM sampling costs US$350 per development project, excluding shipping. The fee includes one round of sample revisions. The sampling period is 20–40 calendar days from receipt of payment.

When you proceed with a bulk order, the sample fee is deducted from the bulk order payment. Please confirm the development scope and sample requirements before commissioning the project.

Our standard timelines are:

• In-stock orders: dispatched within 7 calendar days after payment.
• OEM/ODM samples: 20–40 calendar days after sample payment.
• Bulk production: 30–45 calendar days after receipt of the deposit, including inspection.

These timelines are separate from international transit. Please confirm any additional development, packaging, or external testing requirements when planning your order.

Send your selected products or design references, quantities, size breakdown, customization requirements, and delivery destination. We offer quantity-based pricing tiers, and quotations remain valid for 15 days.

For bulk production, payment is by B2B bank transfer, with a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% payable before shipment. If you require DDP delivery, please request it in your enquiry so we can quote accordingly.

Yes. We can arrange sea or air freight, including separately quoted DDP delivery. Sea shipments can depart from Yantian Port, Shenzhen.

You can use a logistics provider arranged by DUHAN or your own shipping channel. If you nominate your own channel, DUHAN covers the domestic transport leg in China; please confirm the handover location during order planning.

Transit time varies by destination, route, and service. We provide a shipment-specific estimate rather than a fixed delivery promise.

Every product is inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please report any bulk-order quality problems within 15 days of receiving the goods.

Email info@duhan-moto.com with your order reference, affected models and quantities, and supporting photos or videos. We begin handling the issue immediately after receiving your report.

Our remedy for bulk-order quality problems is replacement supply, and DUHAN covers the associated freight costs. Please coordinate replacement and any return arrangements with our team before sending products back.

Yes. In-stock wholesale orders can include mixed models, colors, and sizes, provided the combined order reaches 100 units.

For OEM/ODM orders, sizes can be mixed within the 500-unit minimum for each style and color. Different styles or colors cannot be combined to reach that minimum.
